For our preferred rates and priority callouts, we always recommend customers take out a CaterServ service contract which includes not only prioritised site callouts, but also regular PPM (planned preventative maintenance) in which we attempt to keep your equipment in a condition where breakdowns are kept to an absolute minimum.
